Mike
ya i got your registration you are all set. the clinic will be going on Saturday so just come up to the club, there is also a some what friendly competition being held i think saturday afternoon (it might be friday). team comp of me and my pops along with Bonnie Kincade (instructor at the clinic) against our friend Tom, Dan Schindler and David Dobson. should be interesting. last fall we did this and it was fun as you can imagine, except Dan and Tom have tossed me aside for Dave HAHA dummies just put both the club owners on the same team.
oh saturday did you need a place to stay. we will have a full house but i talked to pops and we have room for ya if needed.

Thanks again Stephen, much appreciated. Also got your email and your right you would enjoy your visit to our place. It is a newer course and growing. each year we keep adding to it or improving/creating new stations. Ask mike he will tell you. we plan for the next year or two to purchase 6 more traps to make it a 17 station course. for now 14 will do. we have great terrain to work with and it makes it fun to set targets. hope you can make it sometime.

see that is the problem "Ron's rules" typically change through out the competition well that is if he is losing HAHA. we did a team skins last night. me and Tom against my father and another guy. with 2 stations to go we were up by 2. tom and i shot first on station 13 and got a combined 10/12. Ron's partner got 4 so now they can only tie the station no chance to win. that is when it all started. "well if i shoot the true pair backwards and get all six we win the station" well we gave him a chance and he blew it (almost impossible shot) match is really over but of course gotta do double or nothing on the last station. and out come some crazy rules of breaking targets behind/between/around/under/over/through trees!!!!!
see ya soon

The shoot was one of the most fun weekends I've had while away shooting in a long time!! Yes, I choked on at least a half dozen floaters and it cost me!! Oh boy, did it!! I got to see some old friends I haven't seen in many moons. Got to do a TON of shooting both days. Shot a whole passel of birds with Dave Dobson on Saturday. Scary thing is we have basically the same style. I have better eyes though!!
The targets Sunday were very nice!! Nothing that even the cry-babies could whine about. The food ALL weekend was outstanding. The Acee family couldn't have been any more hospitable!! Thank you Ron, Jason and Kathy!! The VNSP course looked great. Tom really has Ron working on constant changes. We can't remain static or we lose!! I will be sure to have VNSP and the WWP Shoot on my yearly schedule. But the best part of the weekend was winning $4, that's four greenbacks from my good buddy Ron!!
Oh yes, Ron's rules didn't help. did they??
Thanks guys, we'll shoot together again soon. You can bet on that.

just great. went to do computer work last night and my laptop battery was dead. plugged it in nothing?
looking at the power cable i find a spot that is melted?!??!?!?!? then i remember how sunday night the computer just turned off on me a couple times!!! NOT GOOD! it was a refurb but i just got it 3 months ago. now i have a ton off stuff on there and need to get it stored on something before it is too late. so i head to the store to get a cord - $110 for a extension cord basically!!!!! so i plug it in and had nothing but trouble, it was late and i just put it away. so gonna try it again with a little more patients earlier in the evening tonight. i have 30 days to return the power cord and start shopping for a new computer
what happened? GENERATOR!!!! computer might be ok but i don't think so. hopefully i can get it going tonight and get a email out to everyone with the results. JUST MY LUCK!!!
