20 gauge 3/4 oz loads

I have been experimenting with 3/4 oz loads to use for practice with my 20 gauge. I have been extremely surprised with how effective that load has been. I knew they were great for skeet, but was reluctant to use them on sporting clays. For registered or league shoots, I plan to continue using 7/8 oz loads, but for practice, they are my go to ammo. Anyone else use 3/4 oz loads out of your 20 gauge on a regular basis?

I have been wanting to try some 3/4 ounce loads for my pet sxs. They are so light my primary interest is in reducing recoil. What load have you found best?
While you are at it, how about passing along your pet 7/8 ounce load. Mine is 16.4 grains of Winchester WSF, CB 1078-20 wad, Win 209 primer in a Rem case. Reasonably clean and modest pressure.

3/4 oz. hard shot in 20 ga AAHS Hull, W-209 primer, 15.8 grs. Universal and WAA20 OEM wad. Must be the newer WAA20 wad. It does not work with the older OEM wads of Claybuster wads since their shot cup is deeper and the crimps will dish badly.
I use the same exact components for 7/8 oz loads except I use either the old CF AA hull, STS or Game Club hull.
I have my loader adjusted so that I do not have to reset anything when switching between the shorter HS hulls and the others due to the different amount of shot.
As always, use at your own risk. I got the ¾ oz data based upon recommendations from the folks on Shotgunworld.com. This data appears on the Hodgdon site as 7/8 oz only.

Today I tried a 3/4 ounce load that I got from Tom Roster's column in Sporting Clays magazine. I had some powder so decided to try it out with a few modifications. I was pleased with the results.
21.0 gr. of SR4756, 3/4 ounce of shot, CB wad, and Win. 209 primer in a Gun Club case. Tom had listed 21.5 gr of powder in either a AA or STS hull with a OEM Rem wad delivering 1300fps @10,000psi. My load filled the case well with a nice crimp, very clean burning, and modest recoil. I like it.
