Just wondering if anyone out there has any interesting Dove recipes, I have a few, but always looking for something new. My favorite is a dove breast wrapped in bacon, done on the BBQ and finished off with a nice tangy BBQ sauce, my buddy adds a slice of jalapeno pepper and some cream cheese, both ways are awesome.

Try this one.... brown your dove breasts in butter along with some onion slices. Use salt, pepper, and red peper to taste. When browned, pour mushroom gravy and a good dollop of cooking sherry over the birds and simmer for a bit.
Serve this over rice for a pretty fine meal.

Sounds good Hawk, I'm gonna give that a try. Need to make some room in the freezer so it'll be soon.
